Originally I am from the Lime Springs, IA area. I have been at Clements since 1990. My favorite part of purchasing my first car was the actual process of finding it. So I get to help people find their car everyday, whether it’s their first car or their 15^th car, I enjoy taking care of them and ensuring they are completely satisfied. I was born and raised on Chevrolets and am proud to pass on that tradition to local families for over 20 years now at Clements. In my spare time I really enjoy going to local speedways in Kasson and at Deer Creek and I am a proud member of St. Pius here in Rochester. Please stop in and see what I can do for you!  

Mike  Stark

I have been in vehicle sales since 1975. I have been at Clements since 2003. I have helped people purchase or lease over 8,000 cars and trucks. I have always thought that going the extra mile for my customers has allowed me to stay in the industry for as long as I have. I have, on numerous occasions, brought a vehicle to my clients’ home or place of business and have even brought it back to our store for service needs too.

I have been married to my beautiful wife, Mickey, since 1972 and we have 2 amazing children Mike JR and Morgan (Moe). I was born in Austin and have lived in Rose Creek since 1974. In my spare time I enjoy playing golf and fishing whenever I can. I also have been a volunteer firefighter since 1983 and was a 2006 inductee of the Minnesota Softball Hall of Fame. Please let me know how I can be of service!

Kenny Freeman

I grew up on the east coast; my father was in the Navy for 30 years. Most of my childhood was spent in Virginia Beach, Virginia. I joined the Army in October 1979 as a forward observer and retired from the Army in November of 1999 with 20 years of active duty. Along the way I became a firefighter/EMT in Virginia Beach. Then I moved to Ohio and became an advanced EMT. 

Soon after that I married the love of my life, Jeanne. We have been together since 1988 and have 2 amazing children. We moved to Byron in 2000, I became a member of the Byron Fire Department in April 2001 and also joined the Byron American Legion. I was the manager at the Pumphouse Restaurant & Truck Stop until August 2004. I have been in the automotive industry since December 2004 and have been at Clements since April of 2009. In my free time I enjoy fishing, fighting fires, boating, and learning about science & history.   

Steve Ball

Hi! My name is Steve Ball. I live in Elba and I am married to my beautiful wife, Linda. We have 3 wonderful children and 4 precious grand-children. In my spare time I love to hunt, fish, and spend time with my family. I also volunteer time as a first responder. This is my 2^ndtime selling vehicles at Clements. I was here for 10 years previously; then sold homes for 12 years, and now I am back. I have been back since 2009. I am here to help you in anyway possible, stop in and say hi sometime!

Brad Engen

Originally I am from Caledonia and grew up on a beef farm. I played football and wrestled in high school and played 1 year of football at RCTC. I love sales as a profession. I sold furniture for 5 years here in Rochester. I also traveled selling biometrics and library software to schools in Minnesota and Wisconsin. I started selling vehicles 4 years ago and loved every second of it. I can brag that I know 1 thing that none of you reading this do. Did you know that a 1976 Buick La Sabre is completely indestructible? I do, and I know this because it was my first car. I used to pile up to 5 friends in there, drive around the back country roads, and just have fun being young and driving my 1^st car…those were some memories. One of my favorite things about the auto industry is helping people to have those memories. In my spare time I enjoy fishing, water skiing, and downhill skiing in the winter. I like to run and lift weights as often as I can make myself go ;). I would love to have the opportunity to earn your business on new or pre-owned vehicle at Clements.

Brian McCoy

I have lived in the Rochester area all my life. I have been at Clements since early 2011.  I have worked construction most of my life.  Then I decided to com to Clements.  I have been married to my wife since 1979 and everyday has been wonderful.  I have 2 children and 2 grand-children.  In my spare time I love spending my time with grand children, dirt track racing, and watching NASCAR. Please stop in and say hi!

Mike Alcott

I am a native and lifelong resident of Boston, MA who has just recently moved to Rochester. So as you guessed, I am the guy that talks funny! I love it here, but I have not had the honor of experiencing a Minnesota winter yet….bring it on! After a career in the staffing industry I decided to return to the automotive industry where my sales roots are. I am enjoying my time here at Clements very much. Each day is different, but ultimately I get to assist people with a very large and important purchase and I enjoy making that experience a positive one for everyone involved. In my spare time I like be outdoors with my children. We enjoy cycling, golfing, water skiing, and snow skiing.  I look forward to assisting you
